Our office staff will help you schedule a dentist appointment as soon as possible - most often within one week. During your initial phone call, we will spend a few minutes gathering information. Feel free to ask questions. In order to expedite your check-in process as a new patient and keep you informed, we have a few forms for you to read and fill out. You can arrive early to fill out forms or download the forms here.
