Dr. Ryan Van Haren is a Grand Rapids native who opened his local dentist office in Grand Rapids in 2007. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan in 1998 and went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2002. In 2013, Dr. Van Haren completed a multi-year advanced program for dentists from the Kois Center on applying the latest advances in dental science to the practice of dentistry. Dr. Van Haren is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, and the West Michigan Dental Association.

Dr. Baldwin grew up in Gaylord, Michigan and attended the University of Michigan(opens in new tab) for both her undergraduate and dental doctorate degrees. She graduated in 2011, and then completed a one year residency in general dentistry in rural Washington. She practiced in the Seattle area before moving back to Grand Rapids in 2015.
The Kois Center is the only continuing education program in the country conducting and publishing independent research. Every course is updated each year based on new scientific evidence.
